I'm a guy and I'm tired of diving on the floor and then get up and my shorts at the ankles, and sometimes my boxers. My coach is a woman who told me to go buy spandex and belly and waist to drop the pants, the problem is that I went and tried to find a pair that fit the people and they were all together . Our regular shorts are not so long ago, when shown a pair of spandex mens, with half of their work. What should I do, which is shorter than you buy Spandex
